Chelsea Outen is a Sales Manager who works with the CTS Sales Team, End Users, Partners and Channel Partners to help clients create and maintain a workplace environment that is cost effective, scalable, and efficient.
Chelsea believes in making a customer, not a sale. She is excited to help the sales team grow and be motivated to be a team player who eagerly accepts new challenges, is adaptable and flexible in new situations, effectively meets deadlines, and is committed to a professional standard of performance.
Chelsea started her career in distribution sales of structured cabling, physical security, audio visual, power, etc. working with global, national and local end users as well as contractors. She also has experience working for a national Data Center and enjoyed learning about Networking, Storage, Disaster Recovery, Cloud etc. Before joining the CTS Sales Team she worked with the largest Global structured cabling manufacturer. With a well rounded knowledge base of the industry, she has been able to develop and maintain long lasting relationships and friendships with customers and partners which has been key to her success.
Chelsea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Western Carolina University where she enjoyed competing in sales competitions. In her free time she likes to spend time with her dogs, family, and friends, playing cornhole, softball or anything outdoors.
