Tom has been in the low voltage technology market for his entire professional career. He started out as a novice technician and learned the industry from the front lines. From there he went all the way to earning his RCDD certification, managing projects ranging from 1 cable outlet to a $10M data center build. He has since stepped out of the project management side, and focuses on business development, company strategy, and community involvement. He has extensive experience in all sectors of low voltage tech from voice/data cabling, audio visual, sound masking, access control, wireless, and DAS.
His pride and joy are his 2 children, Carter and Reese. When not at work, he enjoys golfing and fishing, and is a (painfully) diehard fan of all things N.C. State.
Allan designs and supports technology solutions that help companies run more efficiently and increase productivity.
Allan believes that well-thought-out and designed technology infrastructure is the bedrock of corporate competition. He believes that only through high-quality design, installation, and customer service can he support his clients’ entrepreneurial spirit by providing the infrastructure for communication, collaboration, and creativity.
In his career, Allan has designed and managed projects from small office upfits to full campus next generation networking projects where infrastructure was installed in parallel and cutover without interruption to clients’ office or operations.With a diverse and well-rounded understanding of the industry, Allan uses his 29 years of commercial construction, real estate development, structured cabling knowledge, and his MBA to help clients with their most complex technology needs.
Allan holds an MBA, BICSI RCDD, NC LV/FA Electrical License, and a NC Alarm Board Burglar Alarm License. Allan is a trained and certified for multiple manufactures including S2 Security Solutions, Ubiquiti Wireless Networks, and Siemon IT Infrastructure Solutions
Allan and his wife, Lauren, enjoyed raising their kids, Charles and Deirdre, in Durham, and are grateful for the experiences living in North Carolina has provided for them. When not in the office, Allan would prefer to dive with sharks or cycle with his triathlon team.
David joined CTS as a Business Development and Sales Executive in 2018 to help grow the CTS brand throughout the Raleigh-Durham markets.
In his career, David has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years; cultivating and growing many relationships. He began his career selling drywall and metal studs, then moved to working with a turnkey stone veneer manufacturer, and then a concrete lifting anchors and accessories manufacturer focusing on precast plants. He believes that relationships with customers are built through excellent customer service and following through on time.
David has his NC Alarm Board Burglar Alarm License.
David attended NC State University where he got a degree in Business with concentrations in Marketing and Finance. NC State is also where he met his wife Candace. They love taking their kids (Nolan and Ashton) to root on the Wolfpack at any sporting event.
In his free time David loves to spend time with his family, Candace, Ashton and Nolan; and play golf whenever time allows!
In 2018, Tyler joined the CTS team as Sales Executive to help market, develop, and spread the CTS brand throughout the greater Charlotte area. Inspired by his work, Tyler enjoys the opportunity to create new relationships through great communication and excellent customer service. Seeing a successful finished product and a smile on the customer’s face is what keeps him going.
Beginning his career at a younger age while working with an electrical contractor, Tyler continued his path in the industry with distribution sales in the Charlotte market where he sold to large end-users and low voltage contractors.
Tyler attended Greensboro College where he studied Exercise and Sport Science and participated in athletics.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and fishing.
In 2019, Jordan joined the CTS team in Morrisville to help market the CTS brand throughout the triangle area. Being a Cary local, Jordan thrives off her relationships in the community, and finds it imperative to always follow through with her promises and do what it takes to get the job done.
Jordan graduated from Wake Tech with an Associate’s Degree in Information Technologies. In her spare time, Jordan volunteers by coaching a Special Needs Cheerleading team. Along with coaching cheer, Jordan is also a cheerleader herself for the Carolina Hurricanes. With her diverse background, Jordan has positioned herself to be successful in multiple functions and has made learning with haste and adapting to different environments a priority and skill.
Outside of the office, Jordan spends most of her time traveling, going to concerts or playing with her dog, Kirby.
As Sales Engineer, Daniel designs and quotes the customer’s vision at a competitive price. Daniel is a team leader and is not afraid to step up to any challenge that arises. Joining the CTS the team in spring of 2018, Daniel comes in full force with over 9 years of experience in communications and 15+ years in the construction industry. He has managed multiple large projects including RTP Cisco campus, Pfizer pharmaceuticals, Grifols Pharmaceuticals, Fidelity Investments (Campus and data centers), LGFCU, NCCU College, Southeast community college, Metlife GTO, Merck Durham Plant and many more. Daniel’s skills include the design of fiber optic networks and installation, AV, Access control, CCTV, VoIP, Data center design, and cellular repeater systems.
Daniel started out in the communication industry as apprentice and worked his way to project management, handling multiple projects at one time. Excelling in organization and installation standards and procedure, Daniel has been an industry leader in telecommunications and information technology solutions for the past 9 years. He enjoys seeing a finished product through hard work and dedication.
In Daniel’s free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife Cierra Goodling, son Logan and daughter Sophie, taking family vacations, swimming, mountain biking, and Motocross with his son. He also enjoys helping community members and volunteering at his children’s school.
Anthony joined the CTS team in 2017, and brings with him over 20 years of Telecommunication, Information Technology, and industry leadership experience. Anthony’s skills include fiber optic termination and splicing, VoIP and Digital PBX installation, Access Control, Audio/Visual, and Cellular Repeater systems.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the business, Anthony facilitates company activities in operations and support, and is responsible for all CTS business projects in the telecommunications, audio-visual, and information technology.
Anthony started his career in the United Air Force serving four years in telecommunication as a Cable/Antenna Systems Specialist (Wire Dawgs). Over the past fifteen years, Anthony has established himself as an industry leader in the field of telecommunication and information technology for business owners; earning several nationally recognized certifications in his field.
In his spare time, Anthony enjoys spending time with wife Schmett and his two daughters, Tenecia and Jazmyn. Anthony also enjoys building and racing remotes control cars and flying his Drone aircraft as well as serving in his local church and community.
As Security Operations Manager, Jeramie brings 16 years of security experience and multiple certifications to the CTS team. With excellent communications skills and an understanding of customers’ needs, both regionally and worldwide, Jeramie knows how to meet and exceed customer’s expectations while controlling costs and staying on budget.
Jeramie’s purpose is to help each customer with the needs of a corporate security system that serves the customer now and into the future.

Justin Medlin is a Security Project Manager with CTS who installs and services all access control, intrusion, and security cameras.
Justin believes excellent installation of access control, intrusion, and security cameras allows the client comfort and peace-of-mind, knowing that their business is protected with the highest level of security.
Since 2007 Justin has worked in the security industry, starting as a helper right out of high school and working his way to managing an office of technicians. From there he continued to grow, managing a multi-state region of technicians.
While Justin is not in the field, he enjoys going to dirt track racing, doing small engine repair, and installing car audio.
With over 12 years experience in the industry, Dominic manages the installation of Audiovisual and Telecommunication Infrastructure for CTS customers. Believing that an advanced technology framework, coupled with collaboration and communication, helps build successful companies, Dominic’s level of detail and insight ensures that the customer is on the path to success.
Starting as an entry level technician at Cisco, Dominic quickly advanced his career by managing the administrative department and excelling to become the primary lead technician. During this time, Dominic gained invaluable and rewarding experiences including his role as a lead technician in the Field Tech Department. In addition, Dominic was asked to lead, design, and manage the technology solution overhaul for Metlife.
Dominic holds manufacturer’s certifications in Commscope, Leviton, Belden, Systimax, Panduit, and Siemons. He is also experienced in Fiber Optic Multimode and Singlemode terminations and testing, with additional experience in cellphone repairs.
While not in the field, Dominic enjoys spending time with his family and making the most of every opportunity he’s given. He also enjoys being outdoors and playing sports in the great Raleigh metro area.
With over 12 years of experience, Zane is a project manager who works with and trains both new and seasoned employees to excel within their positions and provide a high level of detail in every aspect of the job. With his unwavering dedication to the job, his innovative solutions, and his ability to overcome any obstacle, Zane is able to ensure top notch customer service.
Zane has experience in fiber, structured cabling, telephony, cell enhancement, AV, security, and service calls. He has managed installations at state run facilities, including museums and the national guard, as well as leading teams at Novo Nordisk, Grifols, and Pfizer.
Zane holds a certification in Commscope, NC Alarm Board Burglar Alarm License, KRONE, Paxton and Unicam Products. He is highly knowledgeable in BICSI/OSHA code and requirements and has experience operating boom and scissor lifts. He is also CPR certified.
Zane enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Jaimi, and their two children Gavin and Madeline. He is an avid golfer and fisherman who loves helping people in any way he can, and is the type of guy friends and family can rely on.
In November 2018, Heather joined CTS as the Accounting Manager and is based in the Morrisville office. With over 30 years in the construction industry and 25 of those in communications, Heather flawlessly manages the day to day business and financial operations while effectively communicating with clients, vendors, and staff. Her extensive knowledge and experience make her a valued member of CTS team.
Heather attended DeVry University in Phoenix, AZ for Accounting and Business Administration, and is a Notary for the State of North Carolina. Heather is married to Ingo, a retired Gunnery Sergeant in the US Marine Corps. OOORAH! When not working, Heather loves to play with her grandbabies and travel.
